Don't trust diddly you get online, unless it is from a reputable vendor to whom you or your doctor have sent a prescription. It is illegal to dispense such medications without a prescription; if they will break that law, why should a little fraud bother them ? If you are lucky it will be just a sugar pill, but it could be worse. And if someone has tried it and says it works, consider the placebo effect demonstrated.
